Original M40 helmet bell, stamped Q64?, difficult to recognize, see pictures
Several layers of paint / remnants of old and new paint, rusty.

The inner lining and the chinstrap are older museum pieces, additionally aged and patinated.
Also the two badges.
A very nice overall result.
