The cap strap is made from old leather using original fittings from the period.
Lining made from black cotton, produced in the 1930s. The logo is embossed directly onto the lining.
A neatly sewn cap mirror made of REAL CELLULOID (not soft plastic).

The cap has a label behind the sweat leather.
Furthermore, an original, contemporary VULKANFIBER CAP SHIELD with a ribbed back was used.
