Original British Army Bren MG magazine pouch 1944 for drivers

Original British Army motorist magazine pouch (for 2 magazines) for the Bren MG.
Very good condition.

This type of magazine pouch has a single loop on the back and was issued to motor vehicle drivers as the standard pouches were too uncomfortable when driving and were worn too high on the belt when seated.
These were not worn in pairs, but were issued individually and worn by each driver.
They hung low and could easily be adjusted to a comfortable position.
