As owner of the company Lomax Militaria I would like to draw the attention of all visitors and customers of my online shop to the fact that the orderer must have completed the 18th year of life and would like to prove this to me by presentation of the age proof (copy of identity card or the like) by fax, letter or as email scan, if the orderer would like to acquire Deko weapons, knives, cutting weapons and thrust weapons or articles with badge of the third realm. This is not necessary for items that are freely available for sale.

When ordering articles from the time of the Third Reich which show the emblems of the organisations at that time, the legal regulations must be complied with. When purchasing articles bearing emblems of the Third Reich, the customer undertakes to acquire them only for the purposes of civic enlightenment or for historical-scientific research of civic enlightenment, for the defence against unconstitutional endeavours, art or science, research or teaching, for reporting on current events or history or for similar purposes and not to use them in any propagandistic way. Passing them on to uncontrollable third parties is prohibited.

A propagandistic use would be punishable according to §§ 86 and 86a StGB. The customer undertakes to comply with the aforementioned paragraphs and affirms that he is not pursuing any criminal intentions within the meaning of the aforementioned paragraphs. When ordering combat knives or cut and thrust weapons, proof of age is also required.

Orders will only be accepted under these conditions.
