Made from the finest original black wool cloth, produced in the 1930s. The cap band is made of fine black cotton velvet. 3 white cloth piping.
Inner lining made of heavy artificial silk. The logo is embossed directly onto the lining.
A neatly sewn cap peak made of REAL CELLULOID, not soft plastic!

The cap has a label behind the sweat leather.
In addition, an original, contemporary VULKAN FIBER SHIELD (with ribbed back) from the period was used.
