Wehrmacht M42 NS66 camouflage steel helmet with helmet lining, size 59, Normandy camouflage helmet, BATTLE WORN
Original M42 helmet shell, manufacturer NS66
The camouflage paintwork was renewed a long time ago.
The shell shows slight age-related rust, several layers of paint, a light rough camouflage finish and a superb patina
The inner lining is an older museum-quality reproduction made partly from vintage components, and has been further aged and patinated.
A very fine overall result. A superb combat helmet!
