Advisor (limited for advisors) Tiger Stripe is a mid-war pattern from the Vietnam War and were commonly used from 1968 until the end of the war. The camouflage pattern was widely used among LRRP / Ranger Units, SF, SOG, CIDG and ARVN units. These are often referred to as "Gold Tigers" due to the fact that the boonies faded in the Vietnamese sun and rain and the colors became brighter. The original deep black became "purple" and so a new color scheme was created by these effects.

In the reproduction, an attempt was made to recreate this faded look to get the desired colors, but the most difficult part was the purple faded black.
