Prototype – A very fine, fully articulated, all-metal replica of the German MP 3008 Neumünster submachine
gun from the Second World War.
The bolt can be cocked and fired. The butt plate is removable.
The MP40 magazine is removable, with no internal mechanism.
Vertical magazine well, MP38/40 magazine!
Antique finish, almost indistinguishable from the original. Absolutely perfect APPEARANCE!!!

The Neumünster MP 3008 submachine gun, also known as the Volksmaschinenpistole, was a replica of the British Sten submachine gun.
Large numbers of Sten submachine guns had been captured by German troops
, but were long regarded as too primitive to be used by the
Wehrmacht. Consequently
, the MP 3008, also known as the Gerät Neumünster, was developed. Even in its original form, this weapon had a ‘rough (provisional) appearance’.
Most of these were subsequently used by the Volkssturm.
